I began practicing yoga on the recommendation of my doctor due to migraines and stress. Ever since, yoga has become one of the loves of my life – I find inspiration, calm and serenity whenever I hit the mat. I am truly blessed to do what I love for my career. When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me with the other loves of my life, my family. I believe a healthy lifestyle includes the proper nourishment of the mind, body and soul.
I love to teach many levels and types of yoga classes, incorporating a playful side into the practice. I find the therapeutic nature of yoga through proper alignment of the body, stretching the muscles, and use of the breath, incredibly powerful.
