Angela Weaver fell in love with the practice of yoga from the first moment she stepped on her mat. As a teacher she encourages students to change their perspective, to be mindful of their movements and most importantly to focus on the breath. Her sequences and mindful cues make her classes accessible to practitioners of all levels. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and brings an infectious energy to her classes with fun playlists, lighthearted jokes and ends every class with an inspirational quote. Stress, anxiety and fear are all common feelings in our daily lives. Angela believes the time you put in on your mat greatly improves your ability to manage the daily challenges of life. Angela completed the Yogaview 200 hour Teacher Training led by Quinn Kearney, Tom Quinn, Geri Bleier, and Claire Mark.
